Stargates

Each Stargate can have different variants which can be also added by datapacks.

Classic

It was initially inspired by mod SGCraft. The gate ring cannot move.

Universe

Universe Stargate has only 35 symbols (+ Point of Origin). The gate cannot dial any address with the symbol 36 and above. The entire Stargate rotates during the dial.

Milky Way

The inner ring with symbols rotates when the gate is powered by redstone or when a computer instructs it to do so.

Tollan

The Tollan Stargate has no symbols and no moving parts. The chevrons light up when encoded.

Pegasus

The Pegasus Stargate has only 35 visible symbols (+ Point of Origin). Still, any symbol can be encoded, including 36 and above. The gate automatically picks up symbols of the galaxy each time it is placed (unless disabled by a computer).

Transceiver

The transceiver is capable of receiving an IDC (IDentification code) from the Garage Door Opener (GDO). It will provide a redstone signal pulse through a comparator when a correct IDC is received and will notify connected computers with an event. Transceiver is also able to transmit the IDC.

GUI usage

• The code is displayed on the first line of the display.
• The editing mode is displayed as # when you are modifying the frequency.
  When the # is absent, you are modifying the identification code.
  The editing mode can be switched with the f button.
• The transmit button on the left sends the entered IDC (IDentification Code) on the specified frequency.
